The space
Re-defining working at home, this centre brings the workspace to you with a purpose-built pod for your garden or under-utilised area of your business. Made of durable steel panels and double glazed, the pods are available in a range of sizes to suit your needs. The centre sees the flexibility of working at home and the structure & facilities of an office environment coalesce to create an innovative new option for your working day. The pods come fully fitted & decorated with ceiling panels and carpets. Tenants can make use of the built-in electrical system which boasts LED lights, power sockets and ventilation. Instillation can be complete within as little as a day too.
The location
Such flexibility allows you to set up their office within your Cambridge home or agreed location. Morning commutes will be a thing of the past and tenants will have all of the luxuries of their homes just steps away from the office. Pods are also able to be easily relocated which gives you a huge amount of control over where you set up your work space and as such the amenities and dining options close by. The only requirement is that tenants provide a solid ground surface to install the pod and a power supply. Otherwise, the location is open to tenants’ needs.
